The market just isn't there. However there are many ways to run winblows programs on a mac. Crossover, parallels, fusion etc. Some require a legit copy of windows, some have other methods not requiring the OS at all. Either way, I don't like to take my $2500 Macbook Pro to the track...I'd rather take a $200-300 netbook to the track. Try to find one used from a sucker that bought into this netbook tech thinking it would be good for work.

I'm sure you can find old regular laptops for much cheaper, but they will most likely be quite a bit bulkier than the netbook counterpart.

The ironic thing would be if manufacturers used a MAC program to design the hardware of their speed controls, but only had PC based software to program the electronics.

My dream speed controller would have a Novak Sentry built in.

I run Parallels / Windows XP on my macbook pro. Used it with Castles software and works great. I'm sure the Novak software will work fine as well.

Tigerdirect.com has refurbished netbooks/notebooks CHEAP. The only problem is most of us buy PC's that can run the space program but use them to watch youtube and to photoshop our buddies face on a cowdoes anyone have time frame for release.Christmas is around the corner and this would be a perfect gift for myself with a B44

According to the Novemeber newsletter from LRP the new SXX Stock Spec has a BEC in it that will provide the correct voltage right down to 3 volts therefore not needing a receiver pack when using 1s lipo.

Will the Kinetic have not just timing advance but also adjustable timing boost or turbo boost such as found in the Tekin?

Indeed it is a pathetic one, but even we figured out years ago that the GTX sucks compared to its competition.

Edit: Meant GTB, not GTX.
