You'll want to keep the weight more centered and low. If your car is well balanced left to right and front to back try placing some of the weight under the long belt in the center of the car ( near where your ESC sits so it will clear the belt ). Play around with pushing the weight forward or backward slightly and on or near outside of the battery as this will change the way the car handles. Just in front and behind the battery are places to put some weight. Also in front of the servo, usually the motor corner doesn't need much for obvious reasons. Weight balance is critical , try to get it even as possible left to right. a slight forward bias usually gives you more stability and therefore it is easier and more consistent to drive but possibly not as fast.
Putting the weight on the body is not recommended as it raises the center of gravity.

Default clarification

Hi guys, im not sure if this has been answered as of yet but Amain has the t3 eu spec rubber editon out. Is this a western t3 2011? or just a different model all together? the xray site doesnt show it in the product list, so is it an old model or something new?

Last year's model. The T3'11 will be part number XRA300017 when it's added on A-main.

Sorry if this has been asked before but I am a new Xray T3 owner with much to learn! Will I need different C hubs to run the ECS drive shafts?
Thanks

If you buy the T3R you'll need to buy the current caster blocks, or do like I did and Dremel them out

Does anybody have a T3 foam upper deck they can get rid of? I needz it...... standoffs too if you have them......

T3'11 on AMain's site now.

http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...ic-Touring-Car

Nexus still has the best online price so far.

I'm 99% sure I'll be buying local though.
