Default Securing Servos

Anybody know what screws are long enough to work with servos in a losi 8ight 2.0 when you are using the tabs that come with the servos? They are the little gold rubber pieces with the gold eyelet. Or are these not needed?

With Hitec servos I toss the gold rivet hole looking things in the garbage and just use the square rubber grommets that come with the servo.

I use any old metric thread hex screw. Just don't over tighten the screws and squish the rubber grommets too much. Niether really have to be in there really tight.

If its right You should be able to push on the bottom of the servo and see it flex as the grommets squish.

That pipe is about a quarter inch thick now. I completely crushed it.

Car survived with hardly a scratch!
