It's that fun time again....pit space assignments!
For those of you traveling with a group, send an email to [email protected]
As usual, there are a very limited number of "end" spots, and those will mainly be set aside for the series sponsors. 50 requests for end-spots, and less than 20 available....you figure it out.
Reminder that the pit spaces will be larger than at the Nationals. This time, we have the use of two additional rooms next door to the main ballroom. We will post the pit spot dimensions soon. (They will be larger than the Nationals, but smaller than what you had at the old Gate).
We will also let you know in advance when the pits will open. There will be NO setting up before the posted time. Those that do will be pitting with H-Rob, Rettke, and Goetz for the weekend.
This is not an easy process, so get them in SOON. Think of it like putting together a jigsaw puzzle, but the pieces complain to you.
