Default heed help on a back plate for my .26 dynamite

hey guys i bought a .26 dynamite truggy motor to run in my kyosho strr. And it came with pull/spin start it hangs down to low for the motor mount the start hits the chassis before the motor hits the motor mount so i was wondering if you could help me on choosing the backplate.

i think i picked out the right one but i want to make sure before i order one .it says its good for the mach 26 i would think that the bore and back plate size would be the same.. please let me know what ya think..thanks for looking at my post.
ps it wont let me post the url yet
Happy bashing and racing

Is this the one you are talking about if so you have to cut the one-way bearing knub off the crankshaft.

if you can find one............... sportwerks swk8057 is a direct fit. has a groove so no cutting.

Here is a pic of it.....http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products...ProdID=SWK8057

they were discontinued when they killed sportwerks but if you look around you can find them............. Or look for that dyn0960 part #..... its the new dynamite part#. same part.

No problem. If I were you I would order the one casterdriver recommended. Dynamite's page says early Sept. If you can't wait and don't mind taking your engine apart, then you want to cut the knub off flush with the back of the conrod. There should be a step down on the crank pin showing you how much to cut off.
