Default HPI Nitro?

Are HPI Nitro cars and stuff(body, parts) at par with other brands such as Kyosho, Trinity, Mugen.... etc?

i'm asking this becasue i saw a thread saying that HPI is more of a newbie brand. i don't know if this is true.

Most of the HPI cars are targetted more towards the beginner although the new R40 car is very competitive against the likes of the Trinity, Kyosho, Mugen etc...

yes they are

but the current Yokomo 1/10th touring is quite old, but still quite capable in the right hands.

However, there are rumors of a new touring comming out....
