i have recently bought a shumacher fusion off of a friend and it had been sitting in his shed for 3 years but when i bought it it started straight up and i put batteries in everything (reciever,transmitter) the transmitter did not work but eventually it turned on.But now the reciever does not work and ideas what this might be
