I would say anything over around 200oz should be good. Most digital hi torque servos have more than that.

so if i want something faster then .15 i will have to go with jr. Hitec has high speed .10, .13 but they only have 144oz of torque.

It would probably only take 80oz/in or so but remember, and 80 oz servo would be maxed out while a 180 would barely break a sweat. That brings durability into play as well.
