For some reason the fit of the horn is a little bit loose with the Ace servo's
Used to run Ace, and it's like that, and always used threadlock to play safe in case it came off. Running Savox at the mo, which is same 25t spline and fit is bang on in comparison.

I to recently changed over to savox from Ace and I can"t get over how much lighter they are than the ace also I like the fact there are no plastic gears hiding anywhere inside

I have never used Ace servos. I have heard bad things about them but I would use the strongest servo horn you can. I like these new ones from racers edge.

I would probably still be running them if I hadn't found Savox servos (orion in the states) and I'm mainly running them due to the weight 2/3 the weight of Ace's

the Ace servo is a 23S spline. not a futaba 25 spline. none of the losi aluminium horns will fit corrctly.
your better off just running the stock horns because there arn't any aluminium horns that are a correct fit
Ace servos are a great servo but their stupid spline size really turns me off them
i used to run them in my 8ight buggy and truggy and used the stock horns. i never ever stripped one of the stock horns and i hit all kinds of solid objects with them

Um this is getting interesting now. For the last two years on my ACE servos I've only used the Futaba 25 spline Losi horns since they came out.
Before the Losi horns were introduced I used the Dynamite aluminum ones. But the Dynamite horns didn't have the correct spacing for the steering linkage and there was some steering expo which didn't let the car feel as good as the Losi horns.
