i am have trouble understanding how to set up a clutch. if i want to run a heavey clutch with a light soe wat does that mean and how do i do it.

an overall setup guide would be very helpfull

thanks for the help. but i have this video downlaoder onto my computer. i was hoping to get somthing that i can take to the track and look at it. i am looking for a quick refference sheet.
eg. light shoe ...what its affects
heavey clutch springs...what its affects
