Ninja jx21B01A or Reedy 121?
#16
I'm on my 2nd Ninja now and I love it but the price of the Reedy engine has me on the fence. The Reedy engine is like $80 cheaper and right now $80 is a big deal to me.

IMO the ninja is a better engine overall. I know I love mine.

Reedy are nice engines - just not the power of the ninja

i would go for a novarossi p4, a proven motor at a good price!

I am trying to decide on a nice .21 engine upgrade for my Losi 2.0 buggie. I would like to stay under $400.00. I have been comtimplating about which one of these two engines would be better: the ninja 21 or the reedy 121. I would like some feed back from racers that have ran these engines so that i can make my mind up. Any other suggestions that compare to these engines would be very helpfull. Points i am concerned with are: run times, depenability, and flat out horsepower that is delivered smoothly. Please help me make my mind up.

were not saying its not a good motor..its just new...so why would we preach about a new motor that hasnt been proven...i mean so wat ryan won with it hell for all we kno he could have went through a new motor after every heat...
