i have a brand new kit coming and wanted to see what you guys thought was a good power motor with reliability too?

please give me brand and model and also why it is the "best" for this truck.

I have a os tz .12 and it's too much power! Go with a milder motor and for sure a rotory carb! Maby gear one tooth taller on the bell! Stock is 18T.I run the TQ chasi and it's fun! The class totaly died here in florida! But I have the best Idea... Put the Strike Corr body on it an we can have a nitro corr body 1/10 gas class! No need for new trucks! Just add a body and go race!

HAHA i like that idea. i used to race in the early-mid 90's. So i have an old os cv .12 motor that fired up 3rd bump after sitting for 12+ years. Im thinking i should just run that.

also have a TOP?? motor from a roller AD2 i bought that was locked up so i took it apart and its goood now but dont know how good of a motor it is.

Get the Novarossi CX, great smooth fast gas truck motor, one of the best.

What is a TOP motor and are they any good? i have one of those.

it has a Black Head and silver block i guess you can call it?
