I love the way Hogimoto shows the pics with the shocks and is now gone for the weekend. I guess he knew he would be bombarded with questions bout those Tamiya shocks.

Oh well guess we can grill him when he gets back.

a man who knows how to work the crowd... keeps 'em wanting more

afaik, the part number for the fl coated trf shocks is TAM 53571 Tamiya TRF FL Coated Dampers (4 pcs).

TAM 53572 for the 2 hole pistons and TAM 53573 for the 3 hole.

and TAM 53574 for the rebuild kit (o-ring and guides for 4 shocks).

i'm sure someone will jump in if any of those are wrong.

I noticed Tamiya has Blue and Red Versions (49293 and 49294) of the Flourine Shocks...are these the same except the color? One more question also...do the Losi Springs fit the Tamiya shocks?

I also noticed that Great Planes and Horizon Hobby (our 2 main dist) do show the shocks (53571) What's up with that?

Everyone raves about those Tamiya shocks. Looks like Todd is using Tamiya springs too.

Tamiya shocks are smoother and don't have air in them when you build them. Guess its the bladders. Least thats what I figure.
