No idea what the problem is but did see this almost exact same question here 6 month or a year ago.Try some crazy wording maybe the code in the search eng.I am pretty sure the guy got it going again but dont remember how.

call up the # on the package and they will send you out a new one....If that one screw's up....ask for the HPI one....its MUCH better and actually works for more then a couple days without the battery dying.
