Default RD Logics

Im sorry if this has been asked before, but couldnt find much on what Im lloking for. I bought an RD Logics 62505R pipe from HTown the other day for my NTC3. Its not the one meant for the TC3, but I needed something to fit my OS 18CVR and needed it in a pinch as I busted the stock can that was on my TC3. It says it is meant for a .12-.15 size engine and is race legal. I was unable to use the header that came with it so I just coupled it to the stock manifold. Im curious what people's thoughts are on RD Logic's pipe and also wondering if this could be causing the issues I am having with my two speed not shifting / shifting late due to it being not meant for an .18 and possibly killing some RPMs?
