At the place i used to race, across the parking lot was a good times

Had my drink and my gas bottle, watching the on road cars scream by i grab the fuel bottle and put my mouth on the end... my mouth was tingling for like 10 mins lol

OHHHHH!!! trying to start my t-maxx at a race, got my buddy matt from the hobby shop there trying to start it and for like 30 mins we couldnt start it... i put my one way bearing in wrong AND switched the easystart wires around.. i was spining my engine the wrong way lol

Flipped em around and started right up!

ok so i got one... when i first bought my savage 25 i knew nothing about these things and it was during our local fair, so a friend and i figured we'd try to get it to start, so i take rotostart and put it in the hole for the tranny and wondered why it wasnt starting.. so we thought we'd prime the carb and suck the fuel through the line by mouth.. so a friend was sucking on the line and got the fuel about 3/4 way through the line, so i figured i'd suck the fuel the rest of the way...... well shit... i got a huge mouthful of 20% traxxas fuel... that stuff tastes like shit...lol

This has been a while back but still funny. I had a brand new gallon of fuel under my truck to keep it out of the sun. I forgot about it and ran over it leaving the track.

Lol

The first time I painted a body I actually painted the outside of the body. I was pissed cause it didnt look glossy so I was like what is wrong. I posted a thread in this forum about using a clear coat to make it shiny.

One guys asked me if I painted the outside. I was like of course I painted the outside I am not dumb. He was like dude your suposed to paint the inside. Felt so stupid. Not only that I was so dumb that I forgot to take off the plastic coating before I painted the outside. It was a easy fix though. Just peeled off the plastic and painted the inside. Good as new.

I'm sure everyone has forgot to hook up the throttle linkage to the carb. Done did that one a few times. :-)

I also once drove 2.5 hours to Capitol City RC in Sacramento CA, where pink taper pins are the tire of choice most of the time, and I left my tires box at home and was forced to run step pins all day, that sucked.

I recently tried selling some things here. A friend of mine had recently purchased a used buggy from our LHS. It had a Jammin pipe on it, which was one of the items I was trying to sell off. I listed it as a JP4, I honestly thought that's what my friend said it was...come to find out, after having a committed buyer, it was a 3. I should have gotten offa my lazy behind and out to the garage to confirm what it was before I listed it...Thank God for patient and understanding buyers...sometime they really do exist
