This would be a good time to get in some track time before the roar and pro series..

I believe its to cater for those who work on saturdays.

And even if I'm off the boat on that idea. Why not race @ night? seems like a cool idea. Lower temps, traction should be interesting, racing under lights is a neat element.

just my .02 cents

Something different, A challenge maybe? who needs a reason to race? ... and more track time is allways a good thing.

I guess i should be open minded but for me i like a nice sunny day and great racing. not sure i would have as much fun racing under artificial lighting cooler temps and later hours.

I will be down next sat for the roar race. I only hope it is going to be conducted under normal procedure and raced during the day

Speaking of which, Roar... who's conducting the race? Would that be the normal BD officials or would Roar be present with their rule books in hand?

Only asking just to make sure its a smooth trip rather than chasing my tail all day.

Anyone know?

Thanks for the post Wayne...Remember showing up at Family like at 9 or 10 am on Saturday, and not getting home until around 1 or 2 am on Sunday morning?! I use to have to be at work by 7am on Sunday. After doing that, a night race or two at BD will be a piece of cake ...Nothing wrong with showing a little variation every now and then.

If you have been to Blue Diamond and raced @ night you would understand the traction is amazing.
