For me better exit steering. But less turn in.

Here's one of the TRF sets. You can find better prices other places.

You want either the works, the ones with the hl cylinders, or the ones with just the hard black coating. They make a just standard set too which just has anodized cylinders, which aren't too great honestly. I'm not sure if they sell them in a set, but they are included with some of the cars.

The works are the ones you can probably get most easily.

huh?? you don't like the original tamiya TRF shocks?? the ones that are known thru-out RC as being some of (if not THE) THE best shocks?

i've run them on every Tamiya kit I've owned and never had a set of the normal TRF ones fail or 'not be great' - and that includes some of the original TRF shocks

here's the one that the 05Rvii kit came with - http://www.rcmart.com/tamiya-42102-5...?cPath=389_390

Boy I go off the list for a few days and everythung goes awry!
I didn't wanna start anything...

Kaybo they gotta be tamiya. My Wife and Son got me a version 2 for Christmas
And was reading back thru the archives for ways to improve the chassis and the
Mods have to be tcs rules legal.
I found on fleabay last nite at work, p/n 42102 from hk, but think I'm gonna go local
Just in case
What do you guys think about that part?
Mike

I just bought a set and they seem to be good shocks similar to the older version which have been excellent for me on my TB03.
