Looks like you're already using alot of Losi parts. I didn't even know we could use Losi hinge pins. What's the part number on the rear hubs and Losi Hinge pins? I've only got the Losi front hubs.
I think I'm done drifting my TC3 for the year. The weather here in the Northeast has been terrible. I'm getting my MR4TC Special ready now for some indoor carpet racing! I'll probably only go 2-4 times this winter. Team CRC's track is too far and gas is too expensive. I don't even go to the casino anymore! lol... If the track wasn't so far, I would've kept that IRS TC3 that I bought off of here. Instead, my wife "suggested" I sell it since I won't be able to race weekly. I sold the thing but kept the spare parts. Plus I still have the SS5800 brushless I bought off the guy!

Do you drift with your spool in the rear or front? I used to drift with a spool in the rear also. You get way longer sweeping drifts but I found it harder to do quick transitions with it. What kind of setup do you have with the spool?

I'll just race the MR4TC Special on carpet and maybe in the future I'll upgrade to a modern chassis for racing.

i drifted with a a fully locked spool rear, and a just barely locked front diff....so i didnt completly lock it.
it was for drifting on carpet with taped rubbers.....so it seemed to work pritty dam good.

oh ok so the irs tc3 is nitro... ya you sould get either a bmi or the IRS chassis for the etc3 for grip racing and smart choice(not changing your FT Drift tc3) or else all my tips i gave you might have gone to waste if you didnt remember the set-up

The TC3 I'm definitely keeping just for drifting. The more you mess with setups, the more you strip and break things. Especially with these TC3s. Don't worry, I remembered all your setup tips for drifting.
I'm sticking with the MR4TC Special right now to be my racing chassis. When this thing is totally killed - no more belts or other spare parts, then I'll buy a modern chassis.
oH i see sorry ok because i was a little confused with a irs ntc3 so ya i see no well ya or you can just try to sell the yokomo for the highest price you can get and then buy a new car
does the losi knuckles and hubs for the front fix the 7degree steering problem with the tc3?
and if you JUST have the losi knuckles and TC3 HUBS do you get more steering?
Thanks

SPZA- cheers mate ill give it a go ive already cooked 2 plastic diffs drifting but im runnin steel now and no probs so ill lock it up if it breaks who cares! lol Im using the yokomo drift tyres and i can drift fine slide for ages but i just wanted a bit more to help kick the rear round on tight side to side action.
hey PaZ how long have you been drifting with your tc3? just wondering
only for about a week so im still learnin stuff so im only using it in car parks etc but there arnt many outdoor tracks near me so thats what its mainly for. It beats waitin a week to do racing anyway i am gonna get a yokomo drift HKS HYPER SILVIA BODY or the RX-7 one and pimp it out with full neons etc to look sweet as im actually surprised at how easy it was to get into driftin i thought it would take ages to learn to control the slide but its quite easy really
