Default Track Change

Ok so we are gonna shut down for two days to redo the track. I will have pics posted up as soon as we are done.

Note: LRH will be closed Wed, 6/24 and Thursday, 6/25 for track maintenance and some beer drinking. If anyone is free and feels like losing some weight feel free to come on down.

If anyone has any questions give me a call. (714) 401-6026.

Hey Guys,

New track layout is looking great!! I was there on thursday axing the first few inches of clay off so it could be tilled and broken down. I showed up yesteday and almost had to change my undies!!! The track layout flows very easy and looks like a blast, I was watering at the mouth to get my trucks on it!!! Im going there after work to help get the track prepped! You guys need to check it out ASAP!!!!

Thanks!

Okay so we finished the track and are open. Yes we are open and it is 1am. Just another typical day here at LRH. The new track layout is sick and lots of fun. We completely roto'd the clay eventhough it did not need it. The result......TRACTION. We are still learning to work with the clay and keep getting surprised with what we can do with it.

Anyway we will be open at 12pm. I am gonna go sleep for a couple of hours then return.

I also want to say THANK YOU to everyone who came and helped with the rebuild. Raul and I REALLY appreciate the help.

Oh yeah I almost forgot. We will be getting our lap counting system in place this week. We opted for the I-LAP with RC Pro software. I should have set up this week and will start races the following week. Race schedule to be posted Mon or Tues. We will be racing on different days than OCRC. I figure this way it gives people the opportunity to race at more than one place. It also helps those with schedule conflicts.

Well I think that's it. I'm just gonna finish my Tec-ate or red cup drink as others call it and head home.

I was there til 1:00am on Sat. night and the track is very fun right now. Raul and Lorenzo are getting really good at working with the dirt. If you haven't come out the track yet you are missing a really fun track and really good people that run it. I've been there a bunch and never left there with a bad vibe from anyone.

I'll be racing there soon.

Thanks guys

I just want to say awesome job to everyone. I wish i had an electric to come out there and run with everyone.

But I see the truggy in the last video, awesome SC8 and track!!

What do you need for "proper" ventilation for it to get OK'd by the city for Nitro use?

Thanks for the props. As far as proper ventilation...its pretty much never gonna happen unless I win the lotto or I start a profitable painting company.

The sound of the nitro car in the video was purely for sound effects and not an actual nitro vehicle (Thanks Gio). All done to give you guys a what if scenario.

I have heard of an LRH underground where Nitro vehicles are run but so far I have not seen it.

But then again, the mice come out and play when the cat is away.
