Default Superbrain 977 + Astroflight Blinky... sufficient?

Is this combo sufficient for safe charging, balancing and voltage monitoring of lipo receiver, transmitter and starter box batteries? I'm not confident, somehow I see my Super Brain turning LiPos into C4.

Thanks.
