engine keeps failing plugs. got any advice?

I have this problem before ( ate 5 glow plugs in a day ), it was the rear bearing problem

I had no idea a rear bearing would do that. What causes it to burn up plugs?

from I feel why they said rear bearing is if the rear bearing is playing mean the piston will go up a little and cause the plug to burn.......Correct me if I am wrong.
