Well took it to the track today and got the servo steering with the tx so thats good, after calibrating the throttle still no luck with that. Tried a different motor still nothing, not my trackstar motor. Rx binds or the steering wouldnt work. If anyone can help I think I narrowed it down to the reventon S esc or the throttle calibration. Usedthe manual throttle cal settings and get all the beeps and even see the motor and belt budging but after shutting down the rx and powering back on still no response from the throttle ! Anyone ?

Hey I'm looking for the Speed Passion LCD ESC Programing Box. I cannot find one anywhere, can someone help me out? Can I use a hobby wing box?

Thanks

Not familiar with your Radio and RX, but I would double check everything. What if you push to use the brakes? Does that do anything?

If your servo is moving then maybe something else is just wired wrong. Maybe you need to reverse the throttle on your radio then do the calibration.

Does the Reventon wireless bluetooth module give live rpm, motor temp, esc temp readings or is it only for changing settings ?

Ok helpful racers, after wading through and not finding what Im looking for I would like to know if the Reventon S is good for F1 or would the R be better. Also, the GT2.1 is on massive sale so I was looking at that one as well. While we're at it, I snapped off one of the micro screws in my 2.1 pro. Any ideas how to get that little sucker out?

Most F1s run lower turn motors so the S or R should be fine. We have plenty of guys even using the Stock Club Race in that car.

If space is at a premium on your F1 like most are, you may consider the 2.1. The wires mount lower on the GT. If you look at the Reventon's the receiver wires plug in at the top of the ESC.

I used a Cirtix on my F1 which has a similar setup. I cut the tabs low and hard wired the receiver and on/off wires on to save some space.

I don't own a x20, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. That is a standard 1/10 racing motor with a HT rotor. Should be fast

Thanks for the help guys. I picked up both the Reventon R and the GT2.1 since it was only $54. It looks like I can use either since the F103 seems to have lots of real estate for ESCs.

So I only have 3 race days on my Reventon R and I am having problems. I have no power to the esc with a lipo...I can connect the esc to my computer via programmer and I see lights, but when I plug a battery in and flip the switch, nothing. Any help before I throw it all away and but something higher end?
