I would like to get one before the race to actually run and test with it here since there is limited practice there.

Yea...guys travel all over the world to race. Whats the point?

Because thats not a class I choose to race right now.....Is that a problem for you?

OK. I guess I just took your comments the wrong way. Sorry about that. One of the many problems with the internet! LOL

The Signature is a jab at someone else and mainly an inside joke. If your at Poland I'll be glad to explain! LOL

Questions?? differences between rotors.

ok...

I understand that v3.0 rotors diameters are color coded. I don't understand the difference between the 3.5T - 8.5T vs. a 9.5 - 21.5 rotor. Could someone enlighten me?

The CORE position from the rotor for 3.5T - 8.5T (Mod motor) is different then the one for 9.5 - 21.5 (stock motor).

You use a 3.5T - 8.5T rotor on a stock motor you have to repositioning the rotor (shims) and the result is horrible........and there is no reason to use a stock rotor on a MOD motor at the beginning.

Boost, no boost...? 17.5 or mod..?

If it is not boost or it is MOD...GT2 PRO

Others....GT2.1 ProStock or GT2 LPF will work.

If you want 1 ESC to cover everything...GT2 PRO all the way.

Would the reverse apply; would using a stock rotor in a mod motor yield any advantage?

(I am sorry if these might be silly questions, I just want to learn how Speed Passion stuff works togeather)

Exactly like I said...why would you use STOCK motor parts on a mod motor..? I have not done that because I don't see why a stock parts (slower in general) will work better in MOD motor construction....try to slow down a mod motor does not make sense to me. Use higher turn motor instead.

But to answer that question, again, the CORE position of stock rotor does not match the MOD motor's stator...to have them to align, you have to shim it differently, and it is not something like 1 or 2mm offset. It is not possible. The rotor will FIT inside the mod motor but I doubt it will be any better (you can shim the rotor by using the stock rotor shims and give that a try...you can technically do that but I just cannot answer you it is any better.)
