The HW is ver 1.61_beta you need to load this into the LCD box.

Speedpissin is ver 1.32 this does not have the 422 program in it.

If both are on your desktop then you can chose which one you want to load into the LCD box and then into the ESC.

i dont seem to be able to have both speedpassion and hobbywing on my desk top at the same time. if i do, i get a timer on my mouse pointer.(usually an arrow as you move the mouse,and a small circle appears when you click and are waiting for something, ie a web page.this circle seems to stay and blink very quickley if i open either sp or hw)im using windows seven. somebody told me that i need to rename a file or something?

i deleted all hw and sp from my pc. downloaded the hw 422 then the sp 410, and now it all works. also upgraded my lcd box to hw and i can now adjust settings 11-15 from my lcd box, which is nice.

yes that is the mod s/w i dont run mod except 4wd offroad so i cant help with settings

Speed Passion v3 motor is not Roar aprooved for 2010
and so everyone will run v2 that out of stock ?

for mod ,depending on the track size i would start with this set up:

1-1
2-3
3-4
4-6
5-3
6-1
7-1
8-1
9-5
10-1
with the SP 4.0 I would start around a 9.25 fdr to a 9.5 fdr.

Leave the motor timing in the middle (default)

For a 4.0, start at DRRS to 5, esc timing at max (26.25?), middle on the motor, and FDR at 8.9. 205 software.

Is this a HobbyWing or Speed Passion thread?

I reading alot about HobbyWing and people complaining how SP is just HW. If you dont like SP or think its over priced thats fine, everyone is entitled to their opinion but why not just keep it in the appropriate thread and lets all be happy we have a hobby we can enjoy.

Now when is the new update for the SP GT2 going to be out
