Thats a pretty broad question.

Is it a stock e10 and is it build in "drift mode" (motor in the middle of the car)?

If not that would be the first thing to do, especially if you are a beginner. It does wonders for weight distribution.

Are you using drift tyres? Which ones?

Have you got ball-bearings? Wont make it drift better but the car will run much faster and free-er.

Now what is the actual problem? Are you spinning out? Cant initiate a drift? Cant hold a drift line?

If you are still new at it, practise and more practise will make a lot more difference than small car adjustments Once you can drift the car fairly well and its the car limiting your ability and not your ability limiting your driving, then look for changes to diff's, swaybars etc.
