A motor is a motor last time I checked Mine hasn't burned
up and I've been running it for over a year now. Motor temp is
never hot for me like stated in previous post

No I would stick to a 4600kv for your Rustler due to it's gearing.
Even that will have to much speed for your traction. depending on tires you can have grip,
but whats the point if you burn the tires flat fast lol
The motor is good for it, yes, but as I said, according to the website, the Sidewinder with the 5700 is rated for 2S... But yes, you can usually pump an extra cell through a CC speed control safely.

That's to be overly safe especially if you do not know what you are doing but I would only use a 4600 in the rustler, anyone I've known with a 5700, 7700 in a rustler burned it up after 5 months of use.

still more power than you can use on a track, ridiculous I tell yah
but if you gear your car right and adjust throttle curve your battery will last much longer and will be able to pass 1/8 buggies easily on the track even when I never use more than 90% of my motor now with EPA adjustments and throttle curve.

I can't wait to see my Clodbuster out at the track...

It's wicked fast on the 5700s

Though, I suppose if I'd gotten the 4600s, I could've run 'em on 4S, and maybe gotten away with a single battery pack

That 6000 is going to break things

My E-Jato has a measly 13.5 brushless...
