you guys do know that the NEW HITEC 7950TG and 7940TG are out already??? Hitec says JUNE but some sites are selling them right now. Got mine coming http://www.rcnutshobbies.com/search....+to+Search.y=0

+1 hitec 7955
I have run JR servos for awhile 900 and 9100 and they have all been replaced by Horizon. Great warranty but they do break. I purchased a hitec 7955 while my 9100t was at Horizon and I love the 7955. The 9100T came a few weeks later and it's still in the package. I love the hitec line. I cant wait to get my hands on the 7940 and 7950. Theres good and bad about every company. A servo in a truggy takes a beating. In my opinion whatever brand you claim loyalty to is your business. My fav servo has changed to hitec. The only thing I dont like about hitec is the servo horn screw is highly specialized and they only come from hitec and only in phillips.Oh well small price to pay for suck a great product. I did run Kyosho for awhile so I am use to the phillips hardware, just dont like.

Hey frank their is an easy way to take care of that. http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...ducts_id/18391 I bought 3 of these. 10 hitec screws to a pack and they are different lengths. So I got 30 for like $6 shipped hitec is my favorite but I have a JR 8800 and havent used it yet. I have a hitec 7950 on the way and can't wait to see it go. I have had the 5955tg and last one I has lasted 4 years with not on issue and i swapped it from MT to truggy to buggy and beat the snot out of it and never let me down once..

Use the T button style screws out of that pack in hitec servos. they are the perfect thread pattern and are alot better than the Hitec ones. Hex heads too. Have been using those screws in my hitec's for a long time. Actually discovered this way back in my MT days from using the spin starts that use those screws.

Bro you get some good and some bad. as we speak in my son's xt8 we have a Air 358 on steering and a 357 on throttle..for a year and a half now. maybe not the fastest or strongest but i can count on them which i think is very important..we have had the same luck with Jr also. and a 3 year warranty is nothing to sneeze at. i got two 9100t's to go in the new xt8 when it gets here. i dont think there is a best..

I use hitec 7955tg. Super smooth, no problems so far and I've beat the hell out of this thing.

Yeah the majority so far are with hitecs. JR are good but I seem to see alot of people sending in alot of those and not as many hitecs for repair. I know the hitec servo do break but not all of them. 645mg in my book is pure junk. I wish their was a list made up of the amount of servos of each model that got sent to hitec so buyers could see what the most breakage servos were. or JR's. That will never happen if a list was started I know 645's would be twards the top.. LOL Thanks everyone for your help and comments thus far..
