Design team: if possible, can you get jilles to do a review on the v10. And a comparrison to the other top brands that he's driven. I mean he is the only one that can, he has driven all the tops in big races. I would love to kno how he pits it against the kcar and the Nt1. I run a rrr and a few of my fellow racers say that I'm a fool for going to v10. But the car looks great and I will have one when it's for sale........c I care less about jilles winning races with the v10, he has proved that he can and will win with any car. But I would like to know what he thinks about it, what it does or does better than the others. Thanks!

Hello,

I will go with Shepherd's V10 because they are a small team committed to their costumers. They make the effort to stay in contact with us personally on the forums as well as they’re internet site. I like to have a company behind me that supports me with information (set-up’s, reports from team drivers …) and innovative solutions as well as top material. I pay for it so I demand some kind of support and that’s not the case in every brand! Before changing to nitro I was driving electric on-road and tried like five different cars and for some of them you only get basic setup … and if you want something more you have to test (drive) with the car ‘’hundreds’’ of hours. But I don’t have the time and money to do this!

So keep the good work up!

With kind regards

The V10 doesn't have a receiver box like NT1 or S733? Why not I find the box very practical!

The reciever box would have been nice G, Lets hope the Ron atomic one could be fitted cause like you I to like the idea of the box. I too have been asked by fellow racers what the reason is that I am shifting from the RRR to the V10, For me it is to experience the innovations on the V10 and like G said I think there is merit in supporting a small manufacturer they seem commited and appear willing to commnicate with us in these early stages so it stands to reason that we will all be helped by them and the team drivers once we are all on the track, Not saying the other brands dont help their customers but I think it will be more personal from Shepherd. This car is gunna make one sweet early christmas present, I hope it will be early anyway.

Maybe he tried the white springs in training but the green springs suited the car better.

Hey guys,
thanks for your patience and for your support, we appreciate this very much and we will go on like this, thats sure.
Jilles tried different springs to get some informations what kind of springs we will release.
The receiver box is already in production, so stay cool, i think you will have one pretty soon. We decided really late to make one cause in our region maybe 1 of 20 drivers use a kind of a receiver box. And as the costs for moulding tools are really high we thought about not making a box !! But now we will, so stay tuned !
There will be also a solid axle/one way, it will be one part and you can switch easily from the oneway to the solid axle.
Additionally we will have some options, like another clutch shoe, springs, pistons, and so on, but we will release these parts after more tests.

Thanks again

Alex
