That only shows that you have never seen a OS Speed Spec II on the track, otherwise you wouldn't say that.

Novarossi is the fastest engine on the track indeed.

Get the Nova... I've owned both brands...

Get the Nova...

Get the Nova... price difference is nowhere near what it used to be... price tags are closer to one another than ever before.

Get the Nova

What i mean to say is the os spec 2 is a very fast engine but if you are going to spend that type of money you might as well get a novarossi, jp or murnan, and i have seen the os speed 2 on the track one guy that i know has it and my murnan modified rb r3 was much faster had more bottomend and topend and i race at 301 raceway which has one of the longest straightaways in the world so if you have power it shows.

I would prolly get the Speed. The Nova will prolly cost 600 bucks while the speed will be cheaper. Ive yet too see a good performing new Novarossi engine since the 528. I would look at getting a OS Speed or a JLR

not trying to argue im just interested in your opinion, what do u mean by a top performing engine, what would make an engine a Top Performer

Novarossis have lacked the power that they used to have. They used to have many powerful engines. It seems ever since the new wave of plus 2 engines they lack power. Their competitors do have the power for less however. For example. a novarossi 353 wont hang with a Picco JLR Red Dot. The 359 cant hang with a Picco P9R. Dont get me wrong i love novarossi but they dont seem to have the power they used to nor the broad powercurve. The JLR seems the be the .12 to get and it has a great price.

very interesting, i have the 3SCT tuned and it seams it can keep up with a JLR Red-Dot Evo3 but i run at a small track so that might have something to do with it.

Thanks for your reply good reading.
