Coolness, I bought a new HW Justock (don't need timing right now), spent some time figuring best way to mount it, kind of like the end result, I can now run the servo in the back/inwards position, and the Justock is small enough to sit a fair way in on the chassis.
Checking the balance tonight I can now push the battery about 3mm further inwards, though I don't go crazy on the balance, just pick up the car from the balance holes and if it lifts even, I'm generally happy...

Nice and neat!
Ran my 'spare' chassis today with original 6 cell deck but with the servo turned 90deg.
Seemed more responsive for sure...
I'll post a pic up tonight. Its my spare car as I said so I have tried to make it as user friendly as possible, as cheaply as possible and as fast as possible
Which it was today... Fastest time of day and lap time in 17.5 open. Car was very balanced had good corner speed!
Pretty much kit setup with less rear toe, softer oil (30wt) and 6mmF/6.5mmR height. Small roll adjustments and shock locations....
Track is large and flowing and bumpy in places. Car rides bumps well. A little understeer if anything but that helps it over the bumps... Does not lose the tail (Which other guys were having troubles with)

This is great for the new servo link when running the servo at 90deg.
Poor rebel lost its camber link for a week until I ordered another

Re fan -
Double sided tape. Works fine... I wanted to get some weight out of the car. I had the fan on a heatsink which weighed 20g... Then had to ballast the other side of the car...
Not as effective as a heatsink/fan combo but still well worthwhile...
Just remember not to mound it in the way of the spur shaft screws

You should pick up the steel 46mm dog bones to replace the front alu dog bones, and if your running on carpet get 393 & 367 springs for the front.
The lipo battery holder and velcro strap are great add-ons.
I would also suggest the hybrid carbon fiber \ alu bell crank.

Parma hard bumper (if you can find one)
Good to have some spare arms, castor blocks, c-blades. Also steering blocks and rear hub carriers if you don't change to the alloy versions of those.
A selection of springs is nice to have. Kit springs work well in a variety of conditions, but with high traction carpet, I usually change the front ones to 367 or even 393 sometimes.
A few spare bearings are always good to have.
Alloy bellcrank is nice. I really like the alloy radial Ackerman inserts.
Some quality screws including longer ones for the suspension mounts (long enough to go through the bulkheads)
That's about all I can think of right now. Maybe some shims for things like the shock pistons.
Hope you enjoy your new car
