Default SD-200H

Bent or broken just about everything on the car

But I'm still on the original bellcrank

Use Yokomo SD-200H servo saver its brilliant

Perhaps there are variations in moulding quality

Some good some bad

Running the photon this weekend in my state titles, only the second time I've driven the car (first time was short lived due to rear hub ball cup problem an no spares)

car has been brilliant to drive precise an forgiving
was doing well in qualifying until part way into one the car started doing weird and stupid things, spining out etc
I went over the car found a few loose deck screws checked an reset droop, ride height etc etc
next heat same thing, was a shocker so came back to pits and we checked it over an found the front gear diff had shagged itself
it would feel notchy then lock up completely then unlock an freewheel for a few rotations before locking up again
ripped it out an refitted the spool
took half the last qualifyer to re-adjust to the spool but problem was solved

hi,
just got a set of v2 shocks. Can anybody tell me what shock shafts are included there? I just know the original silver and the option golden ones, but the v2 shafts are grey like the shock body

One more question : Do you prepare the geardiffs any special way or do you just put it in the rear the way it is. I find it to be very heavy and notchy to spin...

I put tamiya shocks and top photon shock lower mounting to the bottom...
As you know tamiya shock mounting pushes shocks a bit further forward on the top mounting ,I'm just wondering is that makes any effect to the handling of the car?
Thanx

In what order for setup changes would you make to:

1. Increase off power steering

2. Decrease on power steering

Thanks for any help,

Ivan

Default O rings

Can anyone provide some insight into the shock O rings 30deg and 40deg?

What do these numbers mean, and how is it supposed affect the action of the shock?

Wonder if they fit TRF shocks too

Sorry in advance if I missed the explanation elsewhere
