Default 8t sounds like it leans when I'm airborn?

Ok I ran my 8t today and when I hit a jump and get airborn it sounds like the engine leans out? Anyone know what the cause might be? Weird it doesn't do it all the time but only when I jump.

usually it's the high or low speed needle is set too lean.

I had the same issue, not specific to the 8T but when I'd go off jumps the truck would rev higher, it's definitely the LSN being too lean.

Mine did that only on jumps ended up being my carb wasnt closing all the way when I let of the throttle. Was not making it back to the idle position. So I had to reset my throttle linkage and has not done it since. Just something else to check if its not the lean setting

How high are you jumping, the air thins out as you go up and thus a different mixture, it is why your always detune your airplane motor as it will lean off in the air!!!
