Nice I finally found a place within 40min of me. I'll be checking out the shop/track in the spring. I see 1/8 scale is the most popular but i don't own one so i'm looking for mainly to practice during the week w/ my sc 2wd and 4x4 but both are brushless so they'll clear the big 1/8 scale stuff no prob. Can't wait to check it out. hope this thread stay's active.

I plan on checking this track out this spring/summer as well. This is one of the few tracks in PA I haven't hit yet. Looks really nice.

Here's the link to the website guys:

http://www.hhqrctrackpa.com/

Also keep an eye on here for updates when they start up again. They also have a hobby shop on site with a good selection of parts.

Thank you very much for the link tom2tone, Looks like I'm about 35 min away I'm def. excited to run on a track. I've been driving off road rc for nearly 20yr's and have yet to run a lap around a real track so I'm itching to this yr.

Its a very nice track, definitely catered more to 8th scale but 10th should have no problem with the jumps. Shop has a good stock of parts. A decent stock of traxxas parts as well as HPI, Associated and Losi, they mainly just stock parts for cars that are raced on the track. Most of the time they have to order the parts or just order them yourself. They told me if I plan to start running races then they will stock parts for me.

Any plans for layout changes this season?

I'm tired of winter already, I can't wait for spring so I can start going to the track again.

Awesome, Just acouple months to go before the action starts. Sucks that I work weekends so hopefully I'll get a weekend off to attend a race but I'll be out there mostly during the week to just practice and run some laps for fun.

Is the shop/track closed during any weekdays (mainly Mon,Tues,Wed) as those will we the best days for me to visit, Thanks a bunch!!!

Awesome vids, I've watched them on youtube a few times to admire the track, Even though the layout might be changed now/spring but the layout in the vid looks awesome and fun and well taken care of. Looking forward to the spring to bring out my sc trucks and break them off some big 1/8 scale jumps haha.

So there are plans to change the layout for this season?

I run at the track but have never raced before. Hoping to join a few races this coming season. I have a Brushless converted truggy, a brushless buggy and a nitro buggy, all 8th scale. Not sure what other classes are ran, but I also have a 10th scale 4wd buggy and if the SCT class (2wd or 4wd???) is big enough to run, I will look at getting one of them.

I'm about 20min from the track so if any help is needed, please drop me a PM on here.

I'm glad this thread is getting views. Hopefully there's a lot of action this yr. I'm quite surprised the whole sc truck thing hasn't caught on like it has in other states like fl,ca-well they do have racing pretty much all yr since they don't have to deal with snow, Praying sc catches on since that's all I own that's racable. Hopefully see some of you guys out there on weekdays running laps since I work weekends but I'll try to get a weekend off to see the nitro action.
