Default 27t to a 19t gearing?

Right now I'm running an Orion core stock with a 27t pinion and I just bought an Epic 19t ......... So should I gear it down a couple teeth on the pinion or up?

5.3-5.6 sounds a little over geared. Track must be Huge!

I know I was just making sure that they were the same, because I wanted to get the same brand that you had because they seamed to work great.
