Scotty - I assume that the 13.5/17.5 motors on the legal list must be raced equipped with the rotor that came with the listed part number?

Roar rules are up to 12.5 rotor right? I thought anything not listed specifally woulddefault back to roar standard. For amature idassume you can't change out rotors.

If they default back to ROAR standard they would have to default back to the ROAR apporved motors. A stock and modified 12.5 rotor will be different. So the decision has to be made whether or not whether you have to run the motor as approved (and listed on the IIC site) or if you can run any 12.5 rotor or a rotor of any size.
