no wheels are straight up and down, right side shaft is perfect left side is right at the outdrive to where it would fall out

The 8B cvd is 29mm shorter than the 8T, if it is barely reaching the out drive, check the hinge pin for damage, also the retainers and arm for wear. Set the camber at least 1 degree neg.

You should also check that the droop is set the same on both sides.

Take a picture of your cvds installed. Mine dont reach well at full droop, but when the suspension is compressed they are good to go.

Could be the front center cvd you ordered, or a buggy wheel cvd.

Thats interesting. I would first measure camber and make sure they are even left to right. I would then set the droop(shock length) and recheck your driveshaft location. Mine are close to the edges, but they more resemble your rightside CVD, ie, the left outdrive looking at the pic. If that doesnt help, carefully examine the components on the front left arm. Make sure your bearings are good and everything is seated right. After that if it is not similar to your other side, i would suspect an incorrect cvd installed.

The pictures don't show what is going on with the front end. Have you taken both of the front dogbones out and put them side by side to see if they are the same?? If they are the same, and the droop and camber are set the same they should be seated the same. Did you buy it second hand?? I wonder if it is possible that someone found one from another manufacturer that was almost the right length and just put it in to sell it?? I see your dilemma but without more info and more detailed pics it is just a guessing game.

Chances are there is a rear/center bone installed on the left front suspension. The rear/center bone is just a few mms shorter than the wheel drive bones.

Rear center bone is 122mm from center pin to center pin.
Wheel drive bone is 125mm from center pin to center pin.
3mm is about what it looks like in your picture.

That is what I thought but I can't see the join or that ring that looks like some sort of a join.
