Does anyone know how to get the back of the tekno neu can off? I was told its got some kind of sealant but I cant budge it.

Heat it up a little with a heat gun, and push the shaft end on the bench to push out the endbell. If you don't mind maybe ruining the tailshaft bearing, you can tap on the end of the shaft to knock it out. Bearings don't like to be beat on.
