The track in the video will be completely redone so it will be fair for everyone...Sams Town, Longhorn, Eastside Cannery, and Sunset Station will be good places to stay to be away from the strip traffic (but close enough to go to the strip) and all are less than 30 minutes from the track...20 minutes in the morning...

Boulder Station is also a nice locals hotel with good access to the strip and track. They also have a great classic rock cover band that plays on Fri and Sat nights. Yellow Brick Road... at least I think they still play there

Cool I'll have to go see them. I use to live off Sahara and Lamb Blvd. I spent a lot of time in Boulder Station. Great band for no charge.

Default Hotel

Every one from Arizona or other states we just got our room at the Sahara from April 1st to mon April 6th for $212 after tax for the week. I lived in Vegas and this is a OK hotel on the strip with a quick shot to the freeway, and is a killer hotel for kids.

For those of you that do not have the entry info, here is the link for the entry form with host hotels included, the Railroad Pass has been one of the host hotels in the past, as well as the Fiesta Hotel, they are 5 to 10 minutes from the track. Railroad pass discounted rate for racers, $39.00 week nites, $59.00 Friday and Saturday nites. I've stayed there in the past, it's worth the savings over the 200 buck hotels. http://www.neobuggy.net/images/News/ss09.pdf
