Avoid the 4 shoe adjustable clutches. When set up right they work well but, more often they loosen up and cause damage to the clutch parts and cause a DNF.
Don't know anything about the fioroni 3 shoe clutch. I have run a Fioroni turbo slider for years. The slider is not a good clutch the way it is for a truggy.

i would steer clear of the werks four shoe.. i had one and hated it.. the best clutch for the rc8t is the factory one with impulse shoes.. just m opinion of course

I run the fioroni turbo twin 2007 sliding clutch with black carbon shoes and 2 hard springs. Best setup I have ever used. Going on 9 gallons of use in a truggy with the origional shoes. All I have done is replaced springs with 2 new hards every couple of gallons and scuffed up the shoes and bell with scotch brite after every weekend. Runs great and has as much snap as it did on day 1.

I used to run the Werks clutch a couple seasons ago and it was good. As long as you properly lock tite the adjustment nut it never comes loose. The shoe life in a buggy is easily over 4 gallons. I stripped out the hex on the adjusting nut though and haven't been able to get a replacement through the LHS here, so i just kind of set it aside, but I might order a new nut for it online this spring and put it back together.

I am friends with a couple of associated pro drivers. They run the factory clutches and are fast as lighting. Not to mention I have watched them service there clutches a couple of time. The factory clutch is very easy to service. Why use anything different. Just on price and ease of service I would stay with the factory clutch. I used the werks clutch and it was excellent when it worked. However when it didn't .
