quick question?
i was out running my slash last night with my sidewinder 4600 and after i jumped it a few times it started to glitch and barely have any power to the wheels. so i put in a new battery and it worked fine for a little while then started doing it again. i pulled it off the track and it had little power getting to the wheels like something inside was slipping. has anyone had this problem? if so how did you fix it and what is it? thanks for the help

oh and i also tried reseting the speed controller but it still did it.

could it be the slipper clutch?

ill try that. i just read on the castle creations website that it might be from the speed controller wires being too close to the reciever considering they send more power. all of my wires were in the reciever box to keep it cleaner looking so that might have been my problem. now im having issues putting on a new axel on the rear (stock one bent so tire wobbled pretty bad) because the ball joint pin doesnt come out.

sweet i got it in using the turnbuckle tool

how many turns out do most of you do on your slipper clutch?
#8
ok so i tried both of those and it still isnt working?

I think ours are set at 1/4 turn out, I tightened because I thought they were slipping but it was the motor making the noise.

it has to be my motor i pulled it out of the gearbox and it still glitches like its not getting any juice. do these brushless motors have capacitors in them?
