I have seen 808's have tank issues when they first came out. I don't think you have an engine air leak. Try a new tank first.

Also try a different pipe...

In the past I've had pipe pressure nipples clog up with gunk and restrict pressure. But if you can see bubbles in the line, its most likely the fuel filter or tank. I'd get rid of the fuel filter first.

cheers guys its been good to hear different views from different people i think it helps get my head around different problems that can arise and how people handle them its a lerning curve that i apreciate from the site and ll you guys who reply cheers guys.

i bought some gasket sealer today called rtv blue sensor safe silicone sealant.
i will try this as it wont hurt to use it on the bak plate and the carb then ill fire it up and see.

then i will try running it without the fuel filter. as the engine is apart anyway so i may aswell seal it up before i put it together.

Go easy on the sealant. Just enough to do the job and no more.

some good news guys looks i found the problem i think it was the front bearing leaking air i used soapy water there bloked it up and blew on a piece of hose going to fuel inlet nipple and there were bubles coming from the front bearing. i put in a used bearing from another engine and its a tad better but i think that one also is leaking air but not as bad.

cheers.
