Build it in Manhattan and you will have a full house, half the Topeka guys are from here in Wamego, 10miles due east of Manhattan.
That didnt help did it, LOL
Lawerence is so close to the Topeka track, I doubt if you can get many over there on a regular basis.

Describe First Rate, Topeka Track I think, IMO, is Second to Timberline, because Timberline is just MASSIVE! Much better than the Hutch outdoor, and I would put Wichita below Hutch. I havent raced at Augusta yet or the big track out in SW Ks.

I own 8 acres to work with!
Just wanting feedback from racers, On what they would like to see in a offroad track.

I know this is going to sound bad, but if you are in Lawerence area, watch your laws and your neighbors, Timberline has time limits, and restrictions now that a neighbor 4800ft from the track in a trailer house through the trees and timber complained to the County. Almost a mile away complaint.

Which side of Lawerence is your land?
