We talked a little about it and probably if we get enough for a class will go with silver can handouts like Core mentioned to start. That is something we have done with Tamiya minis for some time and it is a great starting point. Lipo/brushless is really big here so we also talked about single cell 17.5 or 21.5. My feels the same way, on the track it is also noticeably noisier then then the ABC cars. I have played with the gear mesh and it seems to help only a little.

With that said, My hopes are that come the "mini" series at BCR there is a way to make sure everyone is running a stock "silver can". Claims are made during practice "Yes my motor is stock". Knowing my motor is dead stock, why then can they pass me in the straight like I'm standing still? Maybe one of the posts had some merit, hand out silver cans at the race, making sure everyone is on the same playing field.
