I agree that gas truck is dead because of the HUGE 1/8 tracks. Here is my local track, and tell me how a 1/10 can survive.

Last one.... and the current layout

I used to go there with my xxx-t electric truck and it broke at least $100 worth of parts.

Thanks. If you want to run a good pipe get a Fantom racing pipe they are very inexpensive and they have 3 springs holding the pipe to the header, no more silicone connecter that can slide off. You can get them at www.fantomracing.com

Well everyone keep waiting for a sate race. No one jumped in so White Hobbies in White House,TN decided to host a state race. We only had 1 month to promote it and well just called it the TN state shootout. We had a very good turnout. White House is just North of Nashville this is a family shop/track and the owners are wonderful. They will actually be a part of the RC Pro Series this year. They added a new Mid South Division. Should be plenty of gas trucks there. I agree it takes more skill to drive a 2wd. I race all classes gas and electric. Gas truck is still my favorite

I have some gt2 stuff for sale in the gt2 thread and for sale threads. Be sweet if the class ever comes back strong. Best class ever!! Unlimited run time and 1/10 scale offroad can't be beat.

Slowtruggy, I know they're on the list for the RCP TX series. Check the state series near you, they may still be running. Couple pics of my Deuce. 7th at the RCP TX Finals last time I ran in Nov. Kind of a bummer, I qual'd I think 4th and thought I had a good shot at the podium. After the truck being flawless all weekend, some dummy went and broke it during warmups, LOL. Couple guys were nice enough to break early so I could pick up a few spots on the track once I got on, ha ha ha.

LOL. No idea if anyone tried to use my starter box. I had all my stuff packed up already, I was busy yanking boxes with parts out to get A-arms and rod ends, swiping tools from JB and Skidmore 'cause all mine were put up. Ha ha ha ha ha.
