Wow - new forum and everything... No wonder I haven't had an e-mail about updates to the thread. I thought something weird must have been going on...

Howdy all...

Hi guys,
Just run my first pack of pro-match bats today (37's). Got them this morn, built them and raced them by the afternoon. The things absolutely came to life after the second charge, and started to make my other packs (peak 37's) look and feel way slow in comparison despite the higher voltages on them.
Any tips on how to maintain this performance/ increase it?

Cheers

I charge at 6 amps, tray just before charging...whatever you do stick to a routine and don't change. I do not leave charge in them either week to week...I do not deadshort either. I run, discharge to 5.4 on my GFX and tray them. Next race day...throw them on my tray, charge them and run. I use a Novak Smart Tray. If I know they will sit for a long time (several weeks or even months) then I will leave charge in them.
