Went racing this sunday
Down barham using 1.166 club cells(promatch) i came with in 5 secs of the track record i done a 310.85(record is 305.00)
I thought that was pretty good. using the x-ray fk.
I have been using these same cells since april they must off had around 50 charges through them so they are holding up very well indeed

I had planned on staying at Pro-Match for a bit longer but we are moving sooner than expected and I have many many things to do. All packs peaked at just over 4000 on the first charge (using 3mv/cell peak), but on their second and third charges they only took in between 3200 and 3400 using a 5mv/cell peak.... all packs were equalized to .9v/cell...
should i be concerned? should i just cycle them a few more times and hope for better numbers? should i try a higher peak detect setting ? (they dont seem to be getting too hot)
the charger is an eagle cdc 6b, charging at 5A.

I would suggest you contact Pro Match customer service through their web site to resolve your issues. It is probably something set incorrectly in your charging profile, or if there is a problem with the pack they have an unbeatalbe warrenty and stand behind it.
I personaly charge my promatch packs at 6 amps with a 5 - 10mV peack detection ( not 5-10 per cell but 5-10 total for a 6 cell pack) and have never had a false peack. From my experience an equalized newer pack should take in about 3500 - 4000mA on a charge with about a 200 - 300mA drop on the 2nd charge.
If you are using the eagle or integy charger be careful when setting the peack detection, most of thease chargers set the peak per cell; i.e. 3mV X 6 cells = 12mV total. If the peak detection is too high you are likely to vent the cells and lose capaicity.

Any way new batts will take around 4000 on first charge then after 2-3 charges settle down to 3750-3890 (roughly)
My eagle is set as this 5.5a,4mvc=24mvp,peak-9.2,
I use a trinity real/t 2 board i take them off as the lights go out,
If they are not getting to hot then up the delta peak from 3mvc to 5mvc.
Also what do they feel like on the track, anydifference? Do you fan them?

I've noticed a similar thing, I bought 2 lots of promatch packs, 3 packs (1.160-1.164 assembled) direct from usa and 3 packs (1.165-1.169 loose) from hong kong.
All packs peaked at just over 4000 on the first charge (using 3mv/cell peak), but on their second and third charges they only took in between 3200 and 3400 using a 5mv/cell peak.... all packs were equalized to .9v/cell...
