Serpent usually gives pinion and spur that is in the middle. (17T instead of 16T or 18T, 22T instead of 21T and 23T, 56T instead of 55T and 57T and 60T instead of 59T and 61T) to cater for most tracks.

Yeah I was having a bad day I had a Rody 5 port which blew a rod. I had it tuned perfectly cutting some great laps around 10 minutes into a final.
