The difference between the two is that the 415 MS runs the newer EVO IV lightweight suspension and has a thinner base plate (2.5mm vs. 3mm on the standard 415). This helps heaps with outdoor racing. Plus it is cheaper to upgrade a 415 MS to the MSX kit than upgrading a 415 to MSX.
The 415 is the early chassis, and is the same drive train wise as the MS, but it runs the older 414/TA04/EVO III suspension and a thicker base plate.

Good luck to all Tamiya drivers at this week's IIC Vegas race. It'll be my first time on carpet so it'll be a learning experience. In any event I hope everybody has a safe trip.

What sort of coverage is there going to be?

On a side note, that's got to be the LAMEST signature I have ever seen.

First picture of the full TRF415MSX car kit as displayed from today at the Tokyo Hobby Show.
Looks like aluminium rear hubs and low servo mounts are included as well as what looks like an aluminium rear diff
Also looks like it will still come with a middle and front one-way.

I should recieve a Shooter spool in a couple of days, have anyone tried it already and can report how well it hold up in 12t?
I am confused. On Speedtechrc.com's list for the included parts for the MSX conversion kit, it doesn't come with the chassis? The list from the site:
Kit includes:
Upper deck
F/R Bulk head
F/R Damper stay
Screws/Shims
Will the stock chassis work with the new bulkheads?
On Team Orion's site says that it does.
From Orion's site:
Kit includes:
• Main Chassis: 2.5mm thick carbon frame designed for use with new bulkheads
• Upper Deck: Short-type, 2mm thick carbon deck designed for use with new bulkheads
• F/R Bulkheads: Feature newly designed upper mount (without stiffener)
• Rear Bulkhead: Elongated towards front, improved durability and maintenance. Built in motor mount heat sink
• F/R Damper Stay: 3mm carbon, designed for use with new bulkheads
• Steering Post: Short Type
• Steering Linkage: Designed for use with new bulkheads
#49381 TRF415MS Refine 2 - Coming Soon (December)
The one from Team Orion's site looks to be a better conversion but not due til December. I will wait for that one if these two are different.
