So, as there are none of the things I wanted to see on an updated 415 (like a new drivetrain with larger pulleys for durability, or the motor closer to the centreline, just to name a few), I'll stick with my actual car thank you.
What about the ease of spur removal ?

Spur removal on std 415 is easy. Undo three grub screws, slid out the layshaft, and the spur is off.... No need to remove the top deck etc.

I'm in agreement with TRF415 boy here, doesn't look anything spectacular. Would have liked to have seen something with the motor/batts more central.

True, the diffs will be easier to get at... but if you know how, it really aint that much of a pain to get one out of a standard car.

Deffiently an outdoor car... no chassis posts, or mid-decks.

Couldn't agree more.

The new 415 update is nice!
There are many advantages to it.
The diffs remove with only 4 screws
There are two upper decks, a soft and a hard
There is a rear upper deck, and it is in aluminum and carbon
The rear bulkheads are tied together there the front uper deck mounts
The rear bulkheads have been machined to allow the batteries to slide in.
The upper decks are much much lower to lower the CoG

Actually I think you will find the lowest voltage cell is the 1.193v one which is inline with the receiver.

This new 415 update is it a whole new kit? or is it something the 415MS can evolve to

Your right - 1.193 is the lowest. I wouldn't even run my lathe with that crappy of a pack.

One thing I like about it:

BLOODY EASIER TO GET THE DIFFS OUT.

I have gotten used to the pulley, even showed F. Alonso how to do it easier, but I hate doing anything related to diff work on my car. The pain, the pain of it all

The mounting holes on the lower tray seem to be the same as the 415, wonder if you can purchase the aluminium bits separately...

Anyone notice that they "cleverly" adapted the Hotbodies Cyclone's design in this new 415? Especially the spur/layshaft holder which is blue alu in Tamiya's version and CF in the Cyclone.

Me don't think so. I don't take my diffs out often enough to have any use of a tweaking car. I think multi-parts bulkheads are what makes a chassis easily tweakable, so NO THANKS. Plus, there is no improvement on the CoG as I said earlier, the amount of aluminium material over the cells is just stupid and I can't see that helping lowering the CoG.
